In light of Yahoo’s reversal on its employees working from home, Patrick Gray talks about why the decision is more complicated than people think

A good look at the Yahoo thing (although I may think that because he’s saying the same thing we’ve been saying about it). He does leave out one point: it makes sense, when a company is (was?) in danger of going under and people are spending more time trying to sruvove than succeed, to bring everyone back to the mothership (bad pun not intended.)
