The summary workshop pulls together the subjects of improvement management, resource management and performance management into a creative exploration of the inter-relationship between the disciplines and the search for best practices. Using case studies we will examine and critique live examples and create our own ideas about how we might apply these learnings to our own businesses.

Module 4 Workshop
Using our old friends Thomson Smith, we will develop a case study exercise which will allow students to further develop their knowledge and understanding of the subject matter through the development of answers to specific questions. Working as small Teams, participants will involve themselves in thinking through the application of what they have learned to address realistic challenges in the safety of a team setting.
