Workplace Evolutionaries are actively addressing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) in the workplace. The WE:Belong innitiative, seeks to integrate, live, and demonstrate DEI&B principles through WE leadership commitment, operations, events, and member experiences. Led by WE:Leader Leni Rivera, WE:Belong focuses on developing and implementing a DEI&B strategy for WE, improving representation and engagement among our membership, leadership. WE: Belong supports our members and Hubs to drive important change within our workplaces and communities.
