WE Belong

WE Integrates Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging through New WE:Belong Initiative

Workplace Evolutionaries is excited to announce a new initiative under way to address diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) in the workplace. WE are launching WE:Belong, to integrate, live, and demonstrate DEI&B principles through WE leadership commitment, operations, events, and member experiences. Led by Mid-Atlantic Hub Leader Ellie Moody, and featured IDEA Series speaker, Jessica Bantom, both of Steele Strategies, WE:Belong will focus on developing and implementing a DEI&B strategy for WE as an organization, improving representation and engagement among our membership, leadership, and network, and supporting our members and Hubs to drive important and overdue change within their workplaces and communities. WE:Belong will kick off with some critical outreach, dialogue, and planning this fall.
