Module 4 (virtual) Workshop
We will develop a case study exercise which will allow students to further develop their knowledge and understanding of the subject matter through the development of answers to specific questions. Working as small Teams, participants will involve themselves in thinking through the application of what they have learned to address realistic challenges in the safety of a team setting.
Learning objectives
- Understand on how these three components of Performance, Improvement, and Resource Management integrate into Workplace Strategy
- Define the organizational design that is best positioned to deliver leading edge thinking in this regard
- Identify the required skills to manage these three Workplace Management Framework (WMF) components
