Module 1 Virtual Workshop
In this workshop we will use a case exercise based on a real situation to consolidate learnings. Participants will work in teams to understand the drivers associated with a fictitious organisation, engage with the C-Suite, determine the features of the workplace experience that will add value and pitch to the Board of Directors for investment on how the new workplace experience can deliver tangible competitive advantage.
Apply the lessons learned in Module 1:
- What is Strategic Workplace Management and the Workplace Management Framework
- Build a strategy that aligns workplace experience with strategic Business drivers
- Utilize cross disciplinary relationships and workplace clients/consumers to drive business improvement
