  1. Build a global community of workplace leaders and specialists
    Regardless of your current knowledge or experience, WE offers a network and learning opportunities that help you understand what is happening as the workplace evolves—and give you insight into what is coming next. To do this, our Workplace Innovation group focuses on testing new ideas, products, and solutions, while our Global Ambassadors provide global reach and local perspectives.

  2. Create highly-interactive learning and networking events
    WE are dedicated to expanding our collective workplace consciousness. To do that, WE will provide research, news, case studies, WEbinars, social media connections, and other content to stimulate conversation, and keep the network buzzing. We’ll do that through:
    - Monthly WE:binars on current topics with leading thinkers and practitioners
    - Face-to-face WE sessions at events such as IFMA Facility Fusion and World Workplace & World Workplace Europe & Asia
    - WE:Engage, a growing knowledge base of relevant and current white papers, case studies, videos, and articles
    - A vibrant LinkedIn presence where members and thought leaders connect and exchange idea
    - Ongoing social channels that keep conversation and news flowing.

  3. Sharing Knowledge and Research
    WE has a strong commitment to sharing information, creating new knowledge, and partnering on critical workplace research. WE collaborates closely with the IFMA Foundation on workplace-related studies and initiatives, and engages  Friends of WE to support and amplify the work of aligned organizations such as WORKTECH, and others focused on the future of work. WE is also building and nurturing relationships with academic institutions to advance workplace research, curriculum, and scholarships.
