Lisa has a passion for improving workplaces and processes. She is a change management consultant and workplace strategist who is driven to make a dent in the abysmal Gallup statistic that 70% of people are disengaged at work. Lisa works with leaders who want to make positive change for their people and for the planet.Lisa’s work focuses on ensuring all voices are heard in a change process. She provides workplace strategy and change management services, most recently developing agile/activity-based-working and workplace experience programs for a global media agency that employs 70,000 people worldwide.
Lisa has presented at numerous conferences, served as a keynote presenter, and facilitates highly-interactive workshops that inspire people to make real change. She is a trained mediator, master facilitator, certified interior designer and has an M.S. in Organization + Management from Antioch University. Lisa volunteers with Portland Empowered to bridge connections between immigrants and city residents, is a founding supporter of the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute and is a program leader with the Portland chapter of Conscious Capitalism. She lives in Portland, Maine.
