Kati Barklund
Kati Barklund is working as Senior Solution Specialist for Modern Workplace area at Microsoft Sweden. Within WE Kati is part of the Strategic Advisory Group, Lead of our Global Hubs and also Lead of the WE Sweden Hub. Previously, Kati has been working as Group Innovation Manager, Acting and Deputy Head of Group Service Development, Change Manager, Site Manager and Department Manager at companies like Coor, Skanska and Pharmacia. Kati has also served as Board Member of IFMA Sweden.
Development of services and deliveries within primarily the Workplace area has always been Kati’s theme. “We need to realize the potential of our workplaces and our people – The Workplace really impact the business results! By using the Workplace as the strategic tool it is, and having a holistic lifecycle perspective on the Workplace, we can create smart workplaces that are both attractive, productive, efficient, sustainable and secure during the whole lifecycle of the Workplace, and that’s smart!“
Kati is also frequent speaker in both Workplace, FM and Innovation events and speaks most often about smart workplaces and smart working, Workplace productivity, workplace innovation or innovation generally, and does this all around the world but mostly in the Nordics.
