Janet is a Principal and global leader of Gensler’s Work Sector. During her 35 years at Gensler, Janet has been instrumental in leading Gensler’s workplace research including the global Workplace Surveys since 2008, and developing Gensler’s Workplace Performance Index (WPIxTM) tool, which measures workplace performance + experience for clients. Janet is a sought-after media spokesperson and frequent speaker. She has shared her workplace expertise and research with the WSJ, Fast Company, BBC, NPR, Harvard LILA, Freakonomics Radio and SXSW.
