La pandémie COVID-19 a accéléré l’évolution des environnements de travail avec l’adoption accrue des technologies numériques. Le groupe de recherche pour la gestion interculturelle de la HEIG-VD (HES-SO) à l’institut Interdisciplinaire du Développement de l’Entreprise (IIDE) HEIG-VD a mené une enquête sur l’impact du télétravail sur l’efficacité et l’engagement des employés, y compris pendant l’enfermement. L’objectif était d’identifier les compétences et les obstacles liés au télétravail afin que les organisations en Suisse puissent non seulement survivre, mais aussi prospérer.

Clark is President and Founder of the Workplace Evolutionaries Swiss Hub, a professional association of thought leaders.
