April WE:binar - Innovation is a problem of Flow not a lack of Ideas

Date: Thursday, April 18, 2019
Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT
Hosted by  Megan Campbell and Emily Dunn

Innovation is a problem of Flow and not a lack of Ideas

Description:

The world is changing faster than ever — there was a time when corporations had to be convinced that innovation is important. Today, every corporation has some form of innovation, either outsourced or in-house. Why then do organizations still feel that they are not innovative enough? What’s the problem?

The key takeaway from the presentation is that Innovation failure is not a result of a lack of ideas or effort, but a lack of understanding of how ideas flow in large systems. In this talk, the speaker will share a few broad insights to consider if you are responsible for understanding innovation flow at your organization.
