The scenario is far too common: someone introduces the need for improved Diversity and Inclusion and the senior leadership wants to see a business case. In some instances, the attention goes right to the return on investment for the considerable resources a D&I effort requires. In others, the pure business need may be called into question because the current numbers seem to look good enough on paper. In this session, we’ll discuss the critical components that are often missing from the business case conversation.
