Description: With more teams moving to dispersed work, few companies take the time to understand the impact this has on the employee experience. This 1-hour session, for facilities/change managers, will share research and best practices that outline 3 key ingredients that keep employees engaged and teams connected as the way we work continues to evolve. Today many facilities leaders are seeing their new, spaces sitting empty as employees prefer to work from home instead of leveraging activity-based work habits. We will share the new three key ingredients for facilities success in a dispersed and mobile organization. This interactive session will share tools that all facilities managers can use.
Trina Hoefling has been transforming the workplace virtually since providing remote management training in 1984 for an international firm’s engineers. Trina is an accomplished thought leader with passion for helping people and organizations work together better.
An organization development and transformational change consultant; strategic facilitator and team coach. She released Working Virtually: Transforming the Mobile Workplace, 2nd Ed, in 2017. Trina Hoefling is a graduate school master teacher for the University of Denver in Organization Leadership and Organization Development and at University of Southern California’s Bovard College in their HR Master of Science.
