Emily M. Dunn

Emily is passionate about the human experience and helping organizations understand how to support their human capital investment. With almost a decade of work experience in human resources and organizational strategy in both the biotech and tech industries, Emily works to facilitate thought on policies and procedures in tandem with the physical workspace. She has been with the Performance Environments Team since 2017.

Emily conducted graduate level research within the field of environmental psychology with a specific focus on understanding individual needs based on task, personality type and the architectural elements of the space. Her previous experience includes support within the biotech, pharma, technology and financial industries, including strategic planning for large and small-scale collocation projects within the media industry. Her experience also incorporates a focus on support for the entrepreneurial community and their real estate needs.

Areas of expertise include workplace strategy, qualitative and quantitative research, program development and implementation, workshop facilitation, change management and change communications.

Emily holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, an MBA from Owen’s Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a Master of Science in Environmental Psychology from Cornell University. She is certified in the Change Management process in accordance with Prosci methodology and tools.
