Led by experts from the AWA Institute faculty, the programme blends pre-recorded learning with engaging live sessions, group exercises, and practical labs. You’ll leave not only with enhanced AI literacy but also a department-level AI Opportunity Map and a Strategic Deployment Playbook to guide ongoing transformation.

Course Format
It's a blend of online personal study (pre-work and videos to watch) and seven online collaborative work sessions (one every 2 weeks). The seventh session is a group exercise where teams come prepared to deliver a practical AI deployment strategy and present to the 'board' in a pitch style scenario, where the purpose is to collate and apply the skills they've learned throughout the course.
Delivery period - 12 weeks, 6 core modules with 7th being a certification/presentation case exercise session, bi-weekly cadence.
Live sessions are 1.5 hours, online, every 2/3 weeks.
