Deep-Dive: Cognitive Wellbeing and Performance

This unique programme equips HR and workplace professionals with the neuroscience associated with work, leadership and the workplace to apply in their daily work. Underpinned by AWA’s research with the Centre for Evidence Based Management, the programme uses a blend of personal study, curated materials and six online collaborative work sessions – one every three weeks – to consolidate understandings and explore practical applications. The programme concludes with a certification session.

  • Managing mental workload

Course Format

It's a blend of online personal study and six online collaborative work sessions (one every 2 weeks). In the online collaborative work sessions, the purpose is to connect with other participants, consolidate understandings and explore practical applications. The programme concludes with a 7th online workshop, which is a certification session. 

Delivery period - 12 weeks, 6 core modules with 7th being a AWA certification session, bi-weekly cadence

Live sessions are 1.5 hours, online, every 2/3 weeks
