Charlotte Timms
Charlotte is Director of the Colliers International | Workplace Innovation Advisory Group based in Chicago, Illinois. Her passion is innovation, the changing work environment and enabling people to work at their best. She thrives in a team environment, but is equally passionate when taking on individual challenges. Charlotte’s strengths include problem-solving, presentations and creative thinking.
Prior to joining Colliers, Charlotte worked as Tenant Advisory and Business Development Lead with Hubble, a property technology platform, in London where she negotiated both flexible and long-term solutions for startups, SMEs and global businesses. Her extensive commercial real estate knowledge stems from her time with Deloitte, a global consultancy, where she worked as a Senior Surveyor. Charlotte is a Chartered Surveyor and active member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
