Airline builds housing for its pilots and staff. Is Silicon Valley next?

“Lion City, on the outskirts of Jakarta that will have more than 150 dormitories for its cabin crew and 1,500 housing units for pilots and airline employees with families. Lion City will also have a school that will open in July. By the end of August everyone is due to move into their homes at Lion City.”

Strange. Just a few days ago I pondered (on @WEworkplaceevolutionaries) when the time would come that Silicon Valley started providing housing so its employees. Okay, Jakarta isn’t Silicon Valley, but with some companies providing $500 rent credits
