Jenya Adler

As Director of Workplace Strategy, Jenya’s mission is to help businesses explore how they work, and how they want to work.  By helping clients align their values, their culture, the nature of their work itself with the physical environment, Jenya is able to positively affect the company’s bottom line.  She works closely with businesses to capture a holistic view of their organization, from the structure and workflow to communication and collaboration. To accomplish this, Jenya and her team perform an extensive, qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand various facets of a company’s culture and then deliver a customized environment that best embodies their company’s brand, values and business goals.

 

With a diverse background in interior design, executive coaching and the entertainment industry, Jenya brings a well-rounded perspective on how the workplace is evolving. Prior to joining Staples, Jenya spent two years with BBYO, a Jewish nonprofit and prior to that she worked at an architectural planning and interiors company. She began her career in the entertainment industry, working on shows like the Apprentice. It was her experience with set design that ultimately sparked her passion for interior design.

 

Jenya earned her Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University. She is also in the final stages of receiving her certification in executive coaching.
