In the U.S., adults who use email for work as well as those who work remotely outside of normal working hours are more likely to carry stress on any given day, but also rate their lives more favorably when compared with adults who do not exhibit these behaviors.

The article suggests that while those who are hyper-connected report feeling stressed, it may actually be “productive stress.”
My own opinion is that the fact that these people are happier may have more to do with having control over where and when they work.
