Change Management is a business discipline that ensures change occurs (sometimes smoothly, sometimes messy) with lasting organizational benefits. Workplace evolution triggers enterprise wide radical changes – it affects physical environment, technology, HR policies, and culture. Our workplace evolution initiatives have become organizational initiatives.

This webinar will cover what is driving change management in workplace projects, why executives and CFO’s love it, and the principles of change management.  We’ll delve into the process of evaluating readiness for change, developing the strategy and then the implementation activities including assessing if it’s working. Ultimately, change management is critical to increase the likelihood of success for our projects.
