September WE:binar
Building Resilient Organizations through Workplace Strategies

Date: Thursday, September 21s, 2017
Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST
Hosted by Chris Hood & Megan Campbell

Description: Resilience is a critical mindset that helps organizations reduce risks and seize opportunities as they emerge by learning to proactively adapt to a constantly changing environment. In this WE:binar, Jeffrey Saunders, will explain how workplace professionals can develop resilient organizations and better serve core organizations’ needs in an increasingly dynamic business environment by applying elements of CIFS’ resilience triangle – “radar”, “sword”, and “shield”. The “radar” is the ability to perceive early warnings to capture disruptions before they occur. The “sword” is the ability to be proactive and continuously develop new products, services and capabilities. The “shield” consists of the ability to plan and react to unexpected events.
