Diane Coles Levine, MCR, is the principal at Workplace Management Solutions in Long Beach, Calif. She has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy and facility management. She spearheaded an innovative workplace strategy called the AWESOME project and won the 2009 IFMA George Graves Facility Management Achievement Award, the 2009 Corenet Southern California Remmy for “Workplace Innovation,” and was named a “Southern California Real Estate Journal” Woman of Influence. Levine is a guest lecturer at MIT Professional Education, Vienna Univ. of Technology and a speaker at international conferences. She is the editor and co-author of “Work on the Move,” which won the IFMA 2012 Distinguished Author Award, and a co-author of “Cut it Out: Save for Today, Build for Tomorrow.” She is the Chair of the IFMA Foundation, IFMA CREC treasurer and past president of the IFMA Orange County Chapter.
